Shops reopening
Palisades Village reopened in August 2026 after a restoration following smoke and water damage from the fire. Businesses moving back in or opening new spaces can build lighting into the tenant improvements, which is easier than adding it afterward.
Approvals first
Managed centers set their own exterior rules, and some properties also need City of Los Angeles permits for exterior work. Get the landlord's requirements first. Then we'll put the scope, the activation date and the schedule in writing for them.
