Commercial holiday and permanent lighting in Fresno and Clovis

Light your storefront, office or community for the holidays, or every night of the year. We plan around your activation date, your access windows and your vendor requirements.

  • Year-round brand colors plus holiday programs
  • Planned around your activation date
  • A site walkthrough before any proposal

Properties we light

  • Retail and storefronts, from single shops to storefront rows like Old Town Clovis, where a lit roofline helps a block feel open after dark.
  • Restaurants, where the building is part of the brand and the dinner crowd arrives after sunset.
  • Offices and professional buildings that want a clean, finished look year-round.
  • HOAs and property managers: entry monuments, clubhouses and common buildings.
  • Churches, for the Christmas season and other celebrations through the year.

Not sure your property fits? If it has a roofline or facade people see at night, it’s worth a conversation.

Year-round lighting in your brand colors

Permanent lighting stays on the building and runs from an app. Show your brand colors on a normal night, switch to holiday looks in season, and change it up for a grand opening, a local event or a game day.

We install the same JellyFish and Govee systems we put on homes, and we’ll recommend the one that fits your building and budget. Schedules mean nobody on staff has to remember to turn the lights on.

If you decorate every year, permanent lighting also takes the yearly hang-and-remove cycle off your calendar. Here’s how our permanent roofline systems work.

Holiday lighting programs

Prefer a seasonal display? We design and install holiday lighting for rooflines and facades. Every property needs something different, so the scope is written out plainly in your proposal: design, installation, how in-season fixes are handled and when the lights come down.

Tell us what you need covered. If something isn’t in the proposal, it isn’t assumed.

Planning around your activation date

Commercial lighting works backward from the date the lights must be on. That might be Black Friday weekend, a tree-lighting event or a grand opening.

The earlier we walk the site, the more room there is to design, get approvals and schedule installation around your business. Custom designs and larger properties need the most lead time. See how far ahead to plan holiday lighting.

What we need from you

  • One site contact who can approve the design and get us access.
  • Access windows. Tell us whether work needs to happen before opening, after close or on certain days.
  • Your vendor requirements. If your property requires certificates of insurance, W-9s, badging or a safety orientation, list them up front.
  • Approvals. Landlord, property manager or HOA board sign-off, if your property needs it.
  • Power. Where your exterior outlets are. Any new outlet or circuit is work for a licensed electrician.
  • Your activation date and the areas you want lit.

Permanent or seasonal: which fits your property

Permanent lighting makes the most sense if you own or hold a long lease on the building, decorate every year, or want brand-color lighting on ordinary nights. Seasonal lighting fits shorter leases, one-off events or a first year of trying it out.

We’ll lay out both options at the walkthrough. For a look at the homeowner side of seasonal work, see our holiday light hanging service. For cost factors, see what goes into a lighting quote.

Common questions

Do you work with property managers and HOAs?

Yes. HOA entries, clubhouses and common buildings are a natural fit, and we’re used to working with one site contact and a board or manager approval. Tell us who signs off and we’ll plan the proposal around that.

Can the lights show our brand colors?

Yes. Both systems we install do full color and warm white from an app. You can run brand colors every night, switch to holiday looks in season and schedule special looks for events.

Can you install outside business hours?

Tell us your access windows in the walkthrough request, including whether work needs to happen before opening or after close. We plan the install around them and confirm the schedule in your proposal.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance or other vendor documents?

List your vendor requirements, including insurance certificates, W-9s or badging, in your walkthrough request. We’ll confirm in writing what we can provide before anything is scheduled.

How early should we plan commercial holiday lighting?

As early as you can. Commercial projects work backward from your activation date, and custom designs, approvals and access windows all add lead time. Request a walkthrough well before the season so there’s room to plan.

Who handles the power?

The controller and power supply plug into exterior outlets. During the walkthrough we look at where your outlets are. If the property needs a new outlet or circuit, that work should be done by a licensed electrician.

Can our staff control the lights?

Yes. The lights run from an app, and we set up schedules so they turn on and off without anyone remembering. At handoff we show your staff how to change looks.

Do you serve businesses outside Fresno and Clovis?

Yes. Our service area also covers Madera, Sanger, Selma, Kingsburg, Visalia and Hanford.
