Valley heat on the 99 corridor
Selma's summers run in the high 90s like Fresno's, with plenty of 100°F days. Sun and heat wear down plastic housings over time, so we check each product's rated operating range and how its housing handles UV. More: how heat and UV affect permanent lights.
Older homes and newer subdivisions
Selma has older homes near downtown and newer subdivisions farther out. Wood fascia, stucco eaves and tile roofs each take a different mounting approach. We measure the actual house and show you where the track will go before we write the quote.
