Ask about review first
The Art Jury reviews exterior changes in Palos Verdes Estates. Ask the Homes Association whether permanent roofline lighting needs review, and if it does, what it wants to see. We'll give you the track location, the color match and the layout for the submission.
Mediterranean Revival rooflines
Clay tile, stucco and deep or shallow eaves are typical. The track mounts on the fascia or stucco line below the tile, never on the tile, and the color is matched to the trim so it disappears during the day.
