Tall houses on small lots
In the Sand Section, many homes are tall, multi-level builds close to the lot lines, with little room between houses. Height and access are two of the biggest factors in the price, so we look at how equipment will reach each side of the house before we quote.
Tree and Hill Section homes
Inland homes in the Tree and Hill sections often have more traditional eaves and longer runs. The marine layer reaches them too, so moisture and salt still shape the hardware plan.
