Homes on The Strand face the ocean directly. Salt spray and wind reach the fascia every day, so hardware choices and sealed connections matter more here than almost anywhere else we work.

Up the hill, many homes sit on sloped lots with tall fronts and tight side yards. Height and access set much of the price, so we look at each side of the house in person.
