Getting it past the HOA
Harlan Ranch is HOA-managed. Loma Vista is master-planned, but some of its tracts have HOAs and some don't. Before you install, check your CC&Rs and ask whether the architectural committee wants to see a plan.
Review committees usually ask the same things: where the track mounts, what color it is, and where the power and controller go. We'll go through each one with you at the measure so your submission has answers to all of them.
Two-story homes and tall gables
Many newer Clovis subdivisions are full of two-story homes with tile roofs and tall front gables. A gable peak is where a lit roofline gets noticed, and it's also the hardest part to reach. Height and access are two of the main things that set the price, so we measure them on site rather than guessing from a photo.
