The canals boat parade
The Venice Canals Association runs the Venice Canals Holiday Boat Parade each December, and 2025 was its 44th year. Lit boats wind through the canals, the bridges are strung with lights, and prizes go to the best boats, bridges and canal-side houses. If your home faces the water, it reflects in the canal, so a clean, straight roofline counts double.
Access on the canals
Canal-side walkways are narrow, and many homes are built close to them. Access is part of every canal-front quote. We plan where a ladder can safely go before install day.
